My Ability Australia believes in the NDIS NATIONAL WORKFORCE PLAN (NNWF). There needs to be a base level of knowledge taught to ALL Support Workers within the NDIS, to say otherwise is morally incomprehensible.

Support Workers are being asked to do more and more tasks due to the additional levels of compliance that the NDIS is forcing on providers.

We need to make a stand and do what the NDIA is currently refusing to do and Morally Mandate that all support workers should be working to, or already have, a base level of training to support people with a disability in the scheme.
